Refunds - right of withdrawal-change of products

Our online store gives you the possibility of returning the products. The refund must be made within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order. The return of products will be accepted provided that:

1. The products should be returned within 14 days of delivery, at the customer's expense.
2. The merchandise should be in the condition in which you received it. This means that it must not have been tampered with and must not have been used.
3. The products to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase document (purchase invoice).
4. Product returns are not refunded but replace the product with another of your choice.

Refunds-defective products

Our online store gives you the possibility of returning the products. The refund must be made within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order. The return of products will be accepted provided that:

1. The products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, the return costs are borne exclusively by the company PURESSENCE LTD.
2. The products to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase document (purchase invoice).
3. Replacement product can only be made if furnished by the packaging (so it can be returned the product to the supplying company) and only if the defect is not derived from a bad use of a consumer or a violation of the instructions of the product.

In all cases, the replacement or reimbursement will be made only if you contact with our Online Store.

How To Return

The return of goods is carried out through the courier company, which collaborates our online store or at the company's headquarters, since there was and pickup from there.

Cancel Order

Order cancellation can be made:

1. Before you complete the ordering process during your website tour you can remove and add to the shopping cart.
2. If you have completed your order and wish to cancel, must be done in within 24 hours from the time of the order

The cancellation of the order cannot be made possible until the execution of the order, since it will have already been invoiced.
